Support is provided for issues that include security, performance, design features, and normal functionality. If the plugin is purchased through our website, updates and support are provided for one year from the date of purchase with an annual fee charged for extending support and updates. If the plugin is purchased through another company, support is limited to six months with an additional fee optional for each additional annual period of support.
